This couldn't have come in at an any better time. Though I'd prefer to skip the details of what exactly was keeping my mind from resting, I will tell you that it involved grieving. In the week that I had received this I learned of two deaths and a friend of mine was involved in her first accident ever, This definitely helped me sleep and slowed down the racing thoughts a bit.
